The application will be available for viewing between 9:00am and 5:00pm from the 19 November 2020 to the 4 December 2020. Any person, who desires to do so, may make representations in writing concerning this application (for or against the proposal). Representations have to reach the Chief Executive Officer at Kangaroo Island Council, PO Box 121, Kingscote SA 5223, not later than 5:00pm on the 4 December 2020.
Each person making a submission should indicate whether that person wishes to appear personally or be represented by another party before the Development Assessment Panel in support of that submission.
Please note that, pursuant to Section 38(8) of the Development Act, a copy of each representation received will be forwarded to the Applicant for a written response.
