Psychosocial Support for South Australians during COVID-19 Restrictions
In addition to the SA COVID-19 Information Line (1800 253 787), a COVID-19 Relief Call Centre is operating toprovide callers with a wide range of information and assistance, including access to personal hardship support and advice on short-term accommodation for those who cannot safely self-quarantine or self-isolate.
For anyone feeling anxious, overwhelmed or distressed about the effects of COVID-19 and restrictions in place, trained Red Cross volunteers are also available to speak with callers to the Relief Call Centre and provide psychological first aid. To contact the Relief Centre, telephone 1300 705 336 or email email@example.com.
It is perhaps more important than ever before to build resilience amongst our communities to overcome this challenging time.
If you need further information or have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact Red Cross.
Look out for each other - keep safe, well and cool.
