Development Services
From March 19 2021, all development applications must be submitted electronically through the PlanSA Development Application Portal.
Guidelines for applicants lodging applications and information about the requirements for assessment of applications are available on the PlanSA website.
Applications will be assessed against the South Australia Planning and Design Code.

Minimum standards and a minimum requirement in terms of information apply when you are lodging an application for development consent. Guidelines for applications are available here.
