The Kangaroo Island Library during the Coronavirus pandemic
The Kangaroo Island Library is adapting the way we do business to keep us all safe in the current situation.
All library programs such as the School Holiday Program and Story Time have been suspended until further notice.
To continue to serve our Community Library Members our items can STILL BE BORROWED, however you will need to contact our Library Officer on 8553 4516 to make arrangements.
You can reserve your items either
a) going online Onecard Network (login using your library card number)
b) contacting us to reserve items over the phone on 8553 4516 or via email email@example.com
You will receive notification when your items are available, with a request to call us to arrange a collection day and time. Items will be required to be collected from our front door.
Not sure what you want to reserve? No worries, we can chat over the phone and do your selections for you.
Did you know your local library has thousands of ebooks and audiobooks?
Download the Libby App to access online eBooks and Pressreader for access to 1000s of online newspapers and magazines.
Ancestry.com is also available through your online library service.
If you have any trouble accessing any these, please give us a call on 8553 4516.
FREE WI-FI is also available at the front of our Library 24/7.
The Kangaroo Island Library consists of two branches located in Kingscote and Penneshaw. The library offers a number of services and facilities to the Kangaroo Island Community as well as a wide selection of items to borrow.
