Business Continuity Plan
Kangaroo Island Council has adopted a comprehensive and integrated approach to the development of a Business Continuity Plan. The purpose of this plan is to build organisational capabilities to support the continued achievements of critical business objectives in the face of uncertainty or disruption.
This plan identifies the required facilities, technical infrastructure, key responsibilities and processes that will be required to position Council to be able to respond and recover from a business interruption event.
The latest revision of the Kangaroo Island Council Business Continuity Plan was adopted by Council on 14 May 2019.
