I am a retired Chartered Engineer conversant with the provisions of Local Government legislations and have knowledge in Council administration and operations. Having lived on Kangaroo Island for 16 years, served 1 term as Councilor, I am fully aware of the infrastructure needs and current issues on the Island. My desire is to continue to serve the best interests of the community and have an input in Council's services and its economic and development policies. I will continue to push for financial prudence, better footpaths for pedestrians with prams and on gophers; safer roads; cleaner towns; safer intersections and completion of the Kingscote STEDS.
